After working in the restaurant industry for many, many years I thought I'd write down some of the tips and tricks I'd uncovered inside various restaurant businesses.

My name is Patricia Farnham and I've worked as a prep cook all the way up to a trainer and manager. I've owned my own restaurant and have a passion for this business.

I wrote and published "Restaurant Gravy" and can now call myself an author!
